Because natural stones and handcrafted elements are delicate by nature, improper handling, impact, or friction may result in wear or damage over time. Each hat arrives carefully packaged in a protective box designed to help preserve its shape and handcrafted details during transit.

Shipping is currently available within the United States via USPS shipping with tracking included. Polka Square, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or weather-damaged packages once accepted by the shipping carrier.
