Creating the Experiences
The event experience starts long before the doors open and after it ends. From thoughtful design elements, beautiful details, and intentional touches, creative direction for events helps turn visions into charming realities.

Rise & Shine
“Your lifespan is the number of years you are alive. Your healthspan is the number of years you are thriving and not just surviving.”
These words from Dr. Sara Metcalf inspired a room of over 250 women during the 2024 Women of Wellness brunch, Rise & Shine. Guests learned ten steps to healthy skin and overall wellness, including recommended products and samples. Carrie Webber then engaged the crowd through motivation, laughter and music.
After brunch served by Meditations, Denise Webber wrapped the event with a State of Stillwater Medical and offered a personal story that moved the ladies in the room.

Ruby Gala
Sounds of Christmas strings filled the lobby of Wes Watkins Center as doors opened for Stillwater Medical Foundation’s 40th anniversary Ruby Gala. Guests were greeted with champagne as they checked their coats and walked the red carpet. Like gold at the end of a rainbow, a ruby red couch offered a quick photo opportunity before entering the room where IT happened.
Where what happened? Magic.
The white walls of the ballroom were transformed, and a ruby red glow warmed the faces of 400 guests wearing their finest. It was a time of connection. When personal and professional lines blurred and everyone united for a shared purpose – to fully fund the OnCue Newborn ICU at Stillwater Medical.

A Morning with Laura Tremaine
It was a sunny Saturday that felt like the first sparkle of summer. Women of Wellness members gathered at the home of Dr. Cara Pence to welcome Laura Tremaine back to Stillwater.
It was the encouragement we didn’t know we needed. There were tears and belly laughs. Laura was less famous author and more gal pal. It was exactly what Women of Wellness intends to be.
We are grateful to Exchange Bank for generously providing a complimentary book, The Life Council, to those who attended the event. Laura took time to greet each woman and personally sign her book in her signature handwriting.
